Rich Chocolate Cake- Sacher Torte

Rich Chocolate Cake - Sacher Torte                         = RM 80 (1kg)
- one of the traditional Viennese conflection created in 1832.

It's coated by ganache which is made by rich chocolate and imported cream and filled with Organic Apricot jam.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel it's moist in texture, full of rich chocolate and a bit of sweet and sour from the Apricot.

* The decoration is according to the season of fruits. Thus, the decoration is not following as the picture above.
